... I did a couple of years ago. I think. It was around the time of the Alex Hilton/Maggie Thatcher incident.

Apparently a friend told him she had died as a joke, and he posted it without checking it out.

There then followed an almighty outpouring of self-righteous indignation, especially from the Tory blogs, which was, frankly, hilarious.

I like the idea of a pitchfork-wielding mob of ConservativeHome readers ..

That third panel still makes me smile .. Anyway, my thoughts on the subject were conveyed in this last strip.
